Investment Details That Matter

You can either do a one-time payment or choose one of the payment plans for each tier. Once your investment is complete, you have lifetime access to your chosen tier. No subscription or hidden fees.
This depends on the license you choose. A Single-Use License allows the framework you choose to be used for one brand or one website only. If you’re working across multiple brands, either your own or for client projects, multi-site licenses are available.
The 5-Site License allows you to use one framework design for up to five websites, whether for your own businesses or for client projects.
The Unlimited Agency License allows for agencies and studios to use one framework design across multiple client projects, provided the framework is used as part of a service and not sold or redistributed as a standalone product.
All licenses apply to a single framework design. If you wish to use a different framework, it must be purchased separately under its own license.
The frameworks are licensed for personal or single-business use, which means they're designed to build and strengthen the online presence of your own brand.

Yes, if your agency holds an Unlimited Agency License. This license allows your agency to use one website framework design across multiple client projects, only when the website framework is delivered as part of a paid agency service. If a client has not purchased an agency service from you, the Orvellei website framework cannot be used on their behalf.
Each Unlimited Agency License applies to a single framework design. If your agency wants to use multiple Orvellei website framework designs, each framework must be licensed separately and then be used only as part of your chosen service for your client.
For agencies that invest in the Signature tier, the website framework design can be implemented for client projects, but the Notion systems (Content HQ and Signature Systems Vault) are licensed and used for your agency only and are not to be shared, transferred, or sold to clients in any form.
That's possible. If you decide to upgrade within 90 days of your original investment, we'll credit what you've already paid towards the upgraded license, so you're only paying the difference.
No. Redistribution, resale, or sharing the website framework in their original or modified form is not permitted. You are only allowed to use a website framework for client projects under the 5-site license or unlimited agency license, delivered as part of a service you provide in your business.
Therefore you are not allowed to resell, redistribute or share our website frameworks as a standalone product.
No. The Notion systems included in the Signature tier are licensed for your own internal use only. They are intended to support how you manage your brand, content, and operations, and are not to be resold, redistributed, or offered as standalone products. They are also not to be included in your paid services. The Notion systems are only meant for the individual or agency that invests in the Signature tier.
This applies to both individual businesses and agencies. While you may adapt the systems for your own workflows, they cannot be shared, transferred, or sold to clients or third parties in any form.
No. Your 5-site license or unlimited agency license covers all websites you build and manage for your clients, as long as the website frameworks are integrated into your services and not sold as standalone products or services.
Orvellei Framework Suite
Your Framework Suite agreement allows you to license multiple website frameworks under one unified purchase. These questions explain how the Suite works, how tiers and licenses are applied, and what responsibilities come with managing multiple frameworks within your business.
The Orvellei Framework Suite is a licensing agreement that allows you to purchase more than one Orvellei website framework design under one unified tier and one unified license type.
It is not a bundle or membership. Each framework remains individually licensed under the tier and license you select.
Single Use, 5-Site, and Unlimited Agency are license types.
The Framework Suite allows you to apply one of those license types across multiple frameworks in a single agreement.
You still choose one license type. The Suite applies that license consistently across all selected frameworks.

All applications are reviewed. Orvellei reserves the right to decline applications if the intended use, business structure, or licensing alignment does not meet the requirements of the licensing model.
No. The Suite is a licensing agreement. It does not operate as a subscription or time-based membership.
Access is granted on a perpetual license basis, subject to continued compliance with the license terms.
Orvellei reserves the right to update, modify, retire, or discontinue frameworks at any time without obligation to provide future revisions, replacements, or ongoing updates.
Access may be revoked if license terms are violated.
Frameworks licensed under the Framework Suite are intended for client projects only.
They may not be used to build your personal business website. If you wish to use an Orvellei website framework for your business, you can visit The Collection page and invest in any of our framework designs.
Frameworks may not be sublicensed, white-labelled, or used to create competing template or framework products.
This depends on the license type you select:
If you select Single Use License, your chosen website frameworks can be used once for one client project.

Orvellei website frameworks are platform independent. The design files act as structured reference systems that you recreate within your chosen website builder. You may implement the framework on Showit, Wix, Shopify, Squarespace, Webflow, or any other platform that suits your workflow.
However, the frameworks are licensed for build implementation only. They may not be converted into resellable templates, redistributed as platform specific products, repackaged, or used to create derivative products for sale.
For Framework Suite purchasers, each selected framework must be used for separate client projects in accordance with your chosen license type. A single framework design cannot be duplicated across multiple client projects unless your license permits that level of usage.
After your application has been approved and you begin or complete your payment, you will receive access to the frameworks you selected.
You implement the frameworks within your client projects according to your selected license type and tier.
You are responsible for customization, implementation, client delivery, and project management.
Suite purchases cannot be modified after approval and payment.
