Our licensing model ensures fairness and transparency for both individual businesses and agencies, while safeguarding the originality and intent behind each framework. Even if you're launching your first website or designing for multiple clients, it's important to choose the right license.
Every Orvellei website framework is made to support brand growth and amplify your long-term identity. To reflect the different ways businesses grow and create impact, we provide 3 distinct license levels.
Each license gives you full access to the framework files and reference documents. The license tier determines how many websites you are authorised to create using the framework design of your choice. This allows you to build a website and brand that contributes to the legacy you are shaping.
Single-Use License
The Single-Use License is intended for those creating one website for their own business or for one client project.
For new or small businesses using the Blueprint tier, it provides the starting point to build a professional and purposeful online presence. For growing brands selecting Studio, this license allows the use of the framework for one website with enhanced page layouts. For established companies choosing Signature tier, this license grants the use of your chosen framework plus advanced systems designed to support long-term positioning.

5-Site Agency License
The 5-Site License is intended for those who wish to use a single Orvellei website framework across five separate website projects within their registered legal entity.
Under Blueprint tier, this license permits use for 5 websites across separate projects or brands. For those selecting Studio, it permits use of 5 client websites or five websites within your own business portfolio. For agencies and established companies choosing Signature, the 5-Site License grants use across 5 separate high-value website projects to help build consistency across your service offerings.
This license grants access to the applicable framework files and reference documents, with pricing determined by tier:

This license supports businesses in building recognition & leaving a mark through purposeful and repeatable design.
Unlimited Agency License
The Unlimited Agency License is intended for organizations and teams that require the ability to use a single Orvellei website framework across unlimited website projects within their registered legal entity.
Under Blueprint tier, this license permits use of the framework across unlimited separate website projects. For those selecting Studio, it allows unlimited client or internal website projects to maintain consistency. For agencies and companies choosing Signature, this license grants unlimited use of the framework across client and internal websites within your organisation.
This license grants access to the applicable framework files and reference documents, with pricing determined by tier:

WHAT EACH LICENSE INCLUDES
Every Orvellei Licence Provides

Fully editable website framework files, licensed (not sold) under The Orvellei Frameworks™ for use within your registered legal entity. Each framework is subject to the usage limits of your selected licence type (Single-Use, 5-Site, or Unlimited Agency).

Brand Asset reference and Content Structure reference documents.

The ability to customise and recreate the framework design on any platform (WordPress, Showit, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, etc.).
The framework you choose can be implemented as part of your professional website or brand service for your client projects. But it may not be resold as a standalone product or presented as your own original design.
If you invest in the Signature Tier, whether under a Single-Use Licence, 5-Site Licence, or Unlimited Agency Licence, your purchase also includes access to proprietary Notion systems intended solely to support your internal business or agency operations within your registered legal entity.
You may adapt and modify the website framework within the scope of your licence. All licences strictly prohibit:

Redistribution or resale of framework files, reference documents, or systems.

Public sharing of modified or original editable files with unauthorised individuals or teams.

Transfer, assigning or sublicensing of licence rights to another legal entity.

Claiming original ownership of the framework or systems.
The framework may not be converted into a sellable template, theme, kit, starter design, or competing product, regardless of modification.
The Notion systems included in the Signature Tier are licensed strictly for internal operational use within your registered legal entity and may not be shared, transferred, sublicensed, embedded into client deliverables, or sold to clients under any circumstances.
Access may be granted to subcontractors, freelancers, external collaborators, or third-party service providers only when it is strictly necessary for internal operational support, and subject to confidentiality obligations. Under no circumstances may subcontractors use the systems for their own independent business purposes.
