License & Usage
When you purchase a design from The Orvellei Frameworks™, you are granted a Single-Use Licence for one website project within your registered legal entity. A Single-Use Licence permits the framework to be applied to one website only, either your own business website or one client website, which can be delivered in your business services. The framework can be included in your services, but it can not be resold as a standalone product, redistributed, or modified and presented as your own original design.
If you require use across multiple website projects, you may purchase a 5-Site Licence or an Unlimited Agency Licence. Full details of expanded licence options are available on the Licensing and Usage Rights page.

All included files, source materials, and resources are licensed (not sold) for use within your registered legal entity. This includes the website framework files and, where applicable, the Notion systems included in the Signature Tier. The Notion systems are intended solely to support your internal business or agency operations and may not be shared, transferred, sublicensed, embedded in client deliverables, or sold to clients.
The framework, source files, and systems may not be:
